Made in Otley, West Yorkshire, to a traditional Italian recipe, Pecorino Fiore is matured for 6 to 8 months, giving it a mild, picante flavour with slightly nutty notes. Ideal for grating or on it’s own, it’s an excellent alternative to parmesan.
Cut cheese usually remains good for 2 weeks.
