Isn’t it horrible when you buy a handcrafted pie or pasty, only to find it has hardly any meat or filling? Well, not with our range. Our pies are deep-dish, meaning they only have a pastry top, and our pasties are almost bursting at the crimping.
As well as our pies and pasties, we offer a range of handcrafted sausage rolls, scotch eggs, and luxury stuffing’s, everything you could need for the perfect picnic of ploughman’s.
Our deli range is handcrafted from start to finish on site by our expert cooks, using the same luxury ingredients sold instore.
We also have an extensive range of slow-cooked meats, perfect for any picnic of ploughman’s lunch. From roast chicken breast to stuffed pork shoulder and whiskey smoked salmon, there’s something for every sandwich or salad.
While we don’t currently produce our own charcuterie, we ensure that what we sell stands up to our rigorous welfare and quality standards.
All of our salami and pepperoni is made using free-range meat, expertly crafted in Ilkley.
We also offer a wide range of antipasti, including organic pitted olives, sundried tomatoes, and rillettes. Combined with our excellent range of artisan British cheeses, we have everything you could wish for to make the most luxurious of charcuterie boards.
