Small-scale British farms produce the highest quality meat in the world. Sadly, it rarely makes it to supermarkets or butchers.

By rearing all our small scale free-range pork, chicken, and lamb ourselves, and working closely with our grass-fed beef producer and local gamekeeper, we ensure only the highest welfare for our animals, and subsequently, the highest quality meat in our butchery counter.
