A proper Yorkshire blue cheese made in West Yorkshire, Devils Rocks is named after the local gritstone formation above the Upper Calder Valley. Cave aged, it has a slightly iridescent rind, infused with mineral flavours from the rock.
Inspired by Italian soft blue cheeses, Devil’s Rock has a soft, buttery taste, with hints of truffle. Perfect spread over crackers or served on a cheeseboard.
