Made using unpasturised milk from pedigree Holstein Fresian cows on the edge of the Lake District, Felstone is a traditional Wensleydale cheese, based on one of the old original recipes for Northern cheese.
A 3 month old traditional style Wensleydale, Felstone has a supple, firm texture, with a mellow and creamy taste. Perfect for adding to a cheeseboard, or served with fruit cake – the traditional Yorkshire way!
Made using raw milk
