Our Yorkshire Pancetta is expertly prepared by our butchers from our own free range large white pigs. With the perfect meat to fat ratio, our pancetta is perfect for adding to dishes for an extra depth of flavour or as the star of the dish fried with garlic in a homemade carbonara.
