Our sirloin steaks are expertly butchered from local, grass fed beef. Often referred to as the ‘Goldilocks’ of cut, sirloin is taken from the middle to rear section of a cow, ensuring optimal tenderness AND taste.
With light marbling throughout the meat our steaks are lean and packed full of flavour. Best seared over a high temperature, or cooked long and slow for melt in the mouth tenderness.
