A deliciously creamy blue made from local ewes milk, Mrs Bells Blue is a favourite amongst some of the worlds best chefs, including Rick Stein and Raymond Blanc.
Produced in small vats and hand salted, it’s matured for at least 10 weeks to develop its complex blue flavour, similar to Roquefort, but mellower.
Made by the Bells family in North Yorkshire since 1995, it’s not only award winning, but a winner with our customers.

Cut cheese usually remains good for 4 weeks.
