Rutland Red Leicester s a flaky, morish cheese with a mild, nutty flavour. Made using a traditional recipe, Rutland Red is cloth bound and matured for at least six months, enabling it to develop its signature flavour. The only pasteurised Red Leicester to be produced in the county of Leicestershire, it’s a firm favourite in Yorkshire as well as further afield.
