A delicious soft cheese, Stinking Bishop has a soft texture. Named after the ‘stinking bishop’ pear, which the juice of is used to wash the cheese, it’s perfect for serving on a cheeseboard.
Please note, this product contains alcohol due to the pear ‘perry’.
