Originally called Yorkshire Fetta, Fettle is a delicious Mediterranean style salad cheese, perfect for adding to salad leaves or roasted vegetables.
Yorkshire Fettle has been handmade by the Bell family since 1987 in North Yorkshire. Matured over a minimum of 2 weeks, this salted cheese is infused with a light, lemony flavour, perfect for crumbling over salads or roasted vegetables.
Cut cheese usually remains good for 4 weeks.
