Made in Otley, West Yorkshire, to a traditional Italian recipe. Pecorino Fresco is a young cheese, matured for only 30 days. Made from animal rennet and local ewe’s milk, it has a soft, yoghurt flavour, perfect for adding to salads or on a cheeseboard.
Cut cheese usually remains good for 2 weeks.
